This is an example template form for an online Job Application using the Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress. This form was originally created for a commercial cleaning service, but you can edit the form fields to adapt the form for any business you'd like. This form uses conditional logic to hide some form fields so that not all fields are visible. This helps condense the job application for the average user. Additional fields become visible depending on the users submitted answers on the application.
